i am in need of assistance please!

OpenStudy (coledrf):

\[\frac{ 2 }{ \sqrt{5} }\]

OpenStudy (coledrf):

@Embryo

OpenStudy (coledrf):

simplify

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So, you're asked to simplify that, the only way to simplify that is to do the following, which is to move that square root from the bottom to the top, how do you do that? you multiply by 1,\[1=\frac{ \sqrt{5} }{ \sqrt{5} }\]that would remove the square root from the denominator right?

OpenStudy (coledrf):

ok

OpenStudy (coledrf):

hi uri you keep following me... why?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So, just to make sure, what answer did you get? remember that you don't want to have a square root at the bottom

OpenStudy (coledrf):

2\[2\sqrt{5}/5\]

OpenStudy (coledrf):

ignore the 2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yup, that is indeed correct, nice job

OpenStudy (coledrf):

yay thanks
