Do you remember this relationship? :)\[\Large\rm \cos \theta=\frac{1}{\sec \theta}\]

zepdrix (zepdrix):

\[\Large\rm \sec \theta\cdot \color{royalblue}{\cos \theta}\]That should help simplify things down a little bit,\[\Large\rm \sec \theta\cdot \color{royalblue}{\frac{1}{\sec \theta}}\]

You just have to learn it. You don't know the name of someone you just met, either. Find out the name and learn to use it. There are various definitions. The definitions related to a Right Triangle are probably the easiest to get you started. Here's a lovely picture: http://www.regentsprep.org/Regents/math/algtrig/ATT1/trigsix.htm
