How does a virus use a host to reproduce? A. The host cell only provides the virus with the food; it needs to reproduce on its own. B. The virus can replicate its own genetic material, but it uses the host for the process of conjugation. C. The virus only uses a host cell for shelter; it does not use a host cell to reproduce. D. The host cell provides the virus with resources and shelter; its proteins replicate the genetic material of the virus.
@tanya123
I think The virus only uses a host cell for shelter; it does not use a host cell to reproduce. but not sure. @Compassionate will help you!

sorry idk
Go with @tanya123 I think she's right
Viral reproduction is termed viral replication. Viral replication is the term used by virologists to describe the formation of biological viruses during the infection process in the target host cells. Viruses must first get into the cell before viral replication can occur.
so Tanya what answer would it be?
it seems to be D
C
D
I think it's D
first of all Viruses absolutely NEED host cell to reproduce as the virus gets into the cells, it takes over cell's mechanism to reproduce virus injects its own DNA or RNA and turns host cells DNA and RNA and even proteins to viral DNA, RNA and protein, basically it take over the whole cell and can afterwards replicate in big numbers
JUST CHOOSE D
thats why i think its D
so there is a lot more Ds that cs so should I do D?
i have so many freakin notifications please just choose what the majority thinks it is
