i would say "no outliers" but what do i know? certainly not statistics, just common sense

for example 1,2,3,4,15. Here 15 is more high value. So, here 15 is outlier

If you have learned about standard deviation. An outlier is 3 standard deviations away from the mean. Just from eyeballing this, there looks like there is no outlier.
