4. Solve the absolute value equation |4x+3|=3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what do you have done so far

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I'm pretty sure my answer is x=0 or x=-3/2 Am I right? @resse

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yea

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I have one that I'm really confused on and I don't know where to start. @resse Given no other restrictions what are the domain and range of the following function? f(x)=x^2-2x+2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So, you know that the domain is going to be -infinity to infinity because you can plug any number in to x and get a result.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok never mind thst a 2 not a 1 srry

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the domain of the function is all the real numbers.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

For the range of the function you have to find the values that this function can take

OpenStudy (anonymous):

K thanks I think I got it :)
