sers = serve, servon is sort of like dish out but basically very similar to serve, servent = tending, sert = present tense: serving / serves

now partons is a tad confusing: it means start and leave: but basically it means to start off, to begin, to instigate etc. like when a ship leaves port to go on a journey, it sets off.
