simplify into one fraction -2/x+3 - 4/x-5

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@YanaSidlinskiy @paki @triciaal

OpenStudy (anonymous):

choices are -6x-2/(x+3)(x-5) 6(x-1)/(x+3)(x-5) -6/(x+3)(x-5) 2/(x+3)(x-5)

OpenStudy (neer2890):

take l.c.m and solve\[\frac{ -2(x-5)-4(x+3) }{ (x+3)(x-5) }\]

OpenStudy (paki):

i will say to multiply both the terms by (x+3)(x-5)... then cancel the same terms and solve.... what you say @YanaSidlinskiy

OpenStudy (yanasidlinskiy):

Hahahaha!!:) @paki ...That's what I did!!:)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thank you sooooo much!

OpenStudy (paki):

welcome...

OpenStudy (triciaal):

@ashleychase1 the process is correct but an error in calculation by paki the top should be -6x + 10 -12 = -6x - 2 like the answer choice
