On a graph ?? can you draw it for me? Which line has a slope of-3/4 and y-intercept of 3/2?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hard to draw a nice line here you got graph paper?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes

something like that here is another picture from wolfram, look at the second one http://www.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=y%3D-3x%2F4%2B1.5

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it crosses the \(y\) axis at \(\frac{3}{2}=1.5\) and the slope means for every four units to the right, down three units

OpenStudy (anonymous):

maybe it would be easier to plot a couple points and connect the dots since the equation is \[y=-\frac{3}{4}x+\frac{3}{2}\] you have for example if \(x=2\) then \(y=0\) plot the point \((2,0)\) and \((0,\frac{3}{2})\) and connect the dots

this one?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@satellite73 ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

wow looks good!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

did you graph that, or was that an answer choice?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i graphed it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

and thank you !!! :)

yw good job!
