it has to be B, the fedreralist were the one who wanted to create equal rights to everyone, they believe strongly with the constitution just like john adams said, "I believe in a strong unified country"
the Federalist Papers were anonymously written and printed in New York state newspapers to garner support from New York voters. These papers were written and printed from 1787 to 1788
The Federalists understood the Articles of Confederation had lots of issues, including power issues. Some huge problems with the states under the Articles were a lack of a common currency, disputes between states, and an army supply problem. The Constitution improved interstate trade by introducing one common currency for all states, and creating courts where trade issues could be resolved. Seems B or E.
