Do you know how to find the cube root of a number? Are you allowed to use a calculator? And then you need to decide if it is "legal" mathematically speaking, to have the cube root of a negative number. Do you know?

I literally have no idea. Sorry mate :/

I'm a mate-ess. But that's ok! First of all, in the math world, you cannot take the square root of a negative number without using the imaginary number i. But with a cube root, you are allowed to use the cube root of a negative number. It's the even indexes, like square root, 4th root, 6th root, etc that do not allow negatives under the radical sign. With that being said, are you allowed to use your calculator?
