HELP NOW PLEASE!!! What is the difference between a physical change and a chemical change? A physical change breaks bonds where a chemical change only forms bonds. A physical change is always a phase change where a chemical change is not. A physical change does not break or form bonds where a chemical change does. A physical change forms a new substance where a chemical change does not.

I know that chemical change is any change that results in the formation of new chemical substances, and a physical change rearranges molecules but doesn't affect their internal structures. So I would say that i don't think that physical change breaks or forms bonds because it doesn't create other substances from an original substance. My answer would be C.
