What in everyone's opinion here is the single most important skill in being good at learning physics?
Hello @Kainui !
hi
I think the ability to observe and apply the rules in physics is the most important skill required to understand physics well. Apart from this, practice is the key.
Preparing a strategy for Physics problems and knowing how to execute as Physics has many different ways of arriving at a solution and many of the same problems can be represented differently.
Physics is a discipline and, as such, it's a matter of training your mind to be prepared for the challenges it will present. Here is some mental training that students will need to successfully study physics, or any science ... and most of them are good skills to have regardless of what field you're going into.
Physics, as it stands for "study of nature", one must be keen to observe everything the universe withholds and let the imagination flow through anything that we come to know, so that we may understand it better through many ways not just one for any law or rule in nature may be right or even wrong as we know it today in our Earth bound human efforts for understanding the universe.
A strong interest in the subject - Physics coupled with a strong work ethic and desire to learn: a nimble, logically oriented mind including a proficiency in math; ability to focus and persevere until you succeed. And particlularly as a student a willingness to put in the time in applying that knowledge to numerous problems to build a repetoir of approaches and views to analyzing the physical world. In short, desire, reasonalby good mind (you don't have to be a genious), and strong work ethic
Imagination and observation.
how about scientific thinking?
