Can someone please see if I am correct please? For f(x)=3x+1 and g(x) =x^2-6, find (f/g)(x) A.)x^2-6/3x+1 B.)3x+1/x^-6, x=+- sqrt x (There's a slash through the equal sign) C.)3x+1/x^2-6 D.)X^-6/3X+1, x=-1/3 (Again, there's a slash through the equal sign) Is the answer B? I know it can't be A and D

OpenStudy (haseeb96):

C is the correct answer

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ans is C...just you have to divide both of them...(f/g)(x)=f(x)/g(x) okay..?

@Haseeb96 @zaibali.qasmi Thank you both :)
