isoceles does mean that 2 sides are always congruent......... they cant be perpendicular....cause then they have to equal 90* which is a right triangle. it cant be three sides with same lenght....because that is an equilateral triangle and no triangle has 2 sides that are parallel......coz that wont form a triangle...... i hope u get it..... and yes..... the answer is A.............
