Can someone please help me i am so confused!! :(

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Use substitution to solve the system of equations. Enter your answer as an ordered pair; example: (4, -5) \[2x - y = 2 & 3x - 2y = 11\]

OpenStudy (yanasidlinskiy):

Do you know how to use the Substitution method?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No i am so confused ! and i have 7 other problems just like this and i have no idea what i am doing. @YanaSidlinskiy

OpenStudy (anonymous):

for your first equation, 2x-y=2, try to get y by itself

OpenStudy (yanasidlinskiy):

Ok. From which equation would you like to start first?

OpenStudy (yanasidlinskiy):

It doesn't really matter..

OpenStudy (anonymous):

either one is fine @YanaSidlinskiy

OpenStudy (anonymous):

when you get that done, plug the equation y=.... into 3x-2(y...)=11

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i just chose the first equation because it's easier to get to y on that one

:D. |dw:1404951738523:dw| Got it? Makes sense?
