Which action will change the mode of the data set shown? answers: adding two more 26s adding two more 19s adding two more 20s removing one 19

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Do you have a data set?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thats the graph

OpenStudy (perl):

I am scared to open that file

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It's unable to be opened

OpenStudy (perl):

I got multiple warnings when i tried to download that and open it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh... srry I thought i put it on a pdf... ill change it to a pdf in one sec

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i this one right?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@mathstudent55

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@BreeSkeirik @Whitemonsterbunny17

OpenStudy (anonymous):

one of the two work

whitemonsterbunny17 (whitemonsterbunny17):

Yes, that file works.

whitemonsterbunny17 (whitemonsterbunny17):

Now, which is the most common number?

whitemonsterbunny17 (whitemonsterbunny17):

Or, most frequent number?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

mode is 3

whitemonsterbunny17 (whitemonsterbunny17):

I don't think that's what it's asking. The numbers to the left are the numbers in the data set, while the numbers next to them represent how frequent those numbers are in the set, for example, there would be 5 19's in the data set.

whitemonsterbunny17 (whitemonsterbunny17):

The mode is the most frequent number.

whitemonsterbunny17 (whitemonsterbunny17):

The table just simplifies it. :p

whitemonsterbunny17 (whitemonsterbunny17):

So, now, which number is most frequent?

whitemonsterbunny17 (whitemonsterbunny17):

@math-geek

OpenStudy (anonymous):

26

whitemonsterbunny17 (whitemonsterbunny17):

Yes.

whitemonsterbunny17 (whitemonsterbunny17):

6 times.

whitemonsterbunny17 (whitemonsterbunny17):

Now, would adding two more 26s change the mode?

whitemonsterbunny17 (whitemonsterbunny17):

Quick reply, please. I only have 30 mins left to help you.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no

whitemonsterbunny17 (whitemonsterbunny17):

correct.

whitemonsterbunny17 (whitemonsterbunny17):

Would adding two more 19's change the mode?

whitemonsterbunny17 (whitemonsterbunny17):

(adding 2 more 19's would make the frequency of 19, 7.)

whitemonsterbunny17 (whitemonsterbunny17):

Which is more than 6.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

srry trying to change pic... as you where saying

whitemonsterbunny17 (whitemonsterbunny17):

I was asking if you think adding 2 19's would change the mode.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes...ty

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ty for medal

whitemonsterbunny17 (whitemonsterbunny17):

\(\Large\frak\rlap{\color{cyan}{You're~Welcome!!!}}{\color{black}{\; You're~Welcome!!!}}\)

how did you get it like that?

whitemonsterbunny17 (whitemonsterbunny17):
