OpenStudy (anonymous):

To which states did this proclamation apply? A.states in the United States B. states fighting the United States C. states with military and naval authority D. states that have slave populations

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Try D. I am not 100% percent sure though.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It's not D. that was my first choice

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Hmm..

OpenStudy (anonymous):

B? Otherwise, I'm not sure.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hmm...ok imma try it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It's A... Not sure why you're thinking differently, because they say that people will be in rebellion of the "United States' as a whole, and that means it secludes anyone fighting the states, includes the states with military and does not matter if it has a slave population or not.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Answer A was wrong

OpenStudy (anonymous):

:o then what in the world is it?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it didn't tell me the right answer

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):
