the graph of y=-cos x is a reflection of the y=sin(x+pi/2) on the x-axis.

is this true of false.??

Is this a true false question? You need to graph each of these curves . First start with the -cos(x), what does that look like?

yes

Sorry , I don't get images on my phone. But! It should start at -1 on the y axis and start going up. Now the other graph has a phase shift, do you remember how to put the equation in a form to show phase shift?

The +pi/2 means you slide the normal sin x curve to the LEFT pi/2 on the graph
