OpenStudy (anonymous):

Okay so my comp is doing a stupid update so it will be just one more min. I hoping you have watched the first 2 lectures by now.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yea

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok ok here we go so you brought up python right? the first window you are seeing is the shell this will be the where you execute your program that you have written.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

now I want you to go to the top right corner and click on file then new window. This will bring up the IDLE. This is where you will actually write your code. After your code is written you can execute it by typing f5. It will ask you to save the program, choose a name for the program, save it and it will execute the program. Go ahead and type your name in the IDLE and then press f5 save the program and you should recieve an error in the shell saving your name is not defined. The reason im asking you to do this just to make sure everything is running smoothly.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hows it going over there?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Hello? Where is problem set 0??
