Find the probability of selection both red cards when two cards are drawn (without replacement) from a standard deck of cards.

OpenStudy (kropot72):

There are 26 red cards in a standard pack. On the first selection the probability of a red card is 26/52. On the second selection, if a red card was drawn on the first selection, there are 25 red cards among the remaining 51 cards. Therefore on the second selection the probability of red is 25/51. The required probability is given by: \[\frac{26\times25}{52\times51}=you\ can\ calculate\]
