Find all solutions to the equation in the interval [0, 2π). sin +1=1

OpenStudy (imstuck):

Solve for the sin of the angle (that you are not yet sure of yet) by subtracting 1 from both sides. That will give you sin A = 0. Now you have to find where the sin is 0 between 0 and 2pi. The easiest way to do this is to use a unit circle. Here's a good one. Look at it and see where the y value (cuz sin is the y value in the unit circle) is 0.

OpenStudy (imstuck):

As you can see, the sin value is 0 in two places on the unit circle. Those two angles will be your answers.

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

0 would be the first solution that comes off my head, using the sin(x-x)

OpenStudy (imstuck):

If you need to convert them to radians, do you know how to do that?

OpenStudy (eric_d):

I like that attachment..@IMStuck

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No I don't know how to do any of this stuff yet. So what should my answer be. the spot for the answer says "Theta symbol" = ( my symbols arn't working sorry)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

and I need to have it in radians in terms of pi. Thanks so much:)

@IMStuck

Multiply degrees by pi/180 to get radians\[\frac{ \Pi }{ 180} x(Degree)...equals Radians\]
