Have you tries just plugging in a couple of values for x and plotting them to see which graph is the right one?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i honestly dont know how to do any of this stuff my online teacher gave this to me and i couldnt study because i got my mac taken away :( im so screwed

OpenStudy (anonymous):

graph A...

OpenStudy (campbell_st):

well I simple method is find the y-intercept by letting x = 0 that should allow you to find the function you need

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):

it cannot be graph A since graph A is shooting up, but we want a DECAYING graph right ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

just take some point and put it inn eq,,then compare the result with drawn graph...see which satisfies that..

OpenStudy (campbell_st):

and as a guide, its not A

OpenStudy (anonymous):

darn okay than what is it

OpenStudy (campbell_st):

an alternate method is to graph your function using https://www.desmos.com/calculator
