Is it possible for two exponential equations to have one solution

OpenStudy (ybarrap):

Yes, for example $$ \Large{ e^{2+z}=e^{3-4z} } $$ These two exponential equations can only be equal if 2+z=3-4z. These two equations have only one solution where z=1/5.
