How has the poet described the journey to her grave in this poem? by using allusion by using exaggeration by using repetition by using irony
Because I could not stop for Death by Emily wingspaninson Because I could not stop for Death, He kindly stopped for me; The carriage held but just ourselves And Immortality. We slowly drove, he knew no haste, And I had put away My labor, and my leisure too, For his civility. We passed the school where children played, Their lessons scarcely done; We passed the fields of gazing grain, We passed the setting sun. We paused before a house that seemed A swelling of the ground; The roof was scarcely visible, The cornice but a mound. Since then 't is centuries; but each Feels shorter than the day I first surmised the horses' heads Were toward eternity.

A maybe?? I'm not too sure.
An allusion is a figure of speech that makes a reference to a place, person, or something that happened. This can be real or imaginary and may refer to anything, including paintings, opera, folk lore, mythical figures, or religious manuscripts. The reference can be direct or may be inferred, and can broaden the reader’s understanding.
@LarsEighner what do you think sir?
D?
To be allusion, you should be able to identify what is alluded to. To be exaggeration, something has to exaggerate. Repetition would have have something repeated. And of course, for irony, something has to be ironic. This is best got at by elimination. See if you can support any of the alternatives by indicating an instance of the technique mentioned.
The problem I have with D is in failing to find anything that is ironic. It is true the poem is an extended metaphor (or conceit), which does mean not everything can be taken litterally. And irony does sometimes involve a figurative sense. But irony involve contradiction. Sarcasm, for example, is a type of irony in which what is said is the opposite of what is meant. I do not see it here.
Okay. What do you think of: We slowly drove... We passed ... We passed ... We passed ... We paused ...
So most likely repitition right @LarsEighner
I don't like this answer, but it is the only one that fits. This is more a technical issue
Yea . I realized that.
