OpenStudy (campbell_st):

so you are finding the lowest points on the graph they x = -2 and x = 4 all you need to do is read of the value for f(-2) and f(4) they are the local minimum values

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so -3 and -5?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what is the difference between the question "All values at which f has a local minimum", and "All local minimum values of f"??

OpenStudy (campbell_st):

well to me... the values are the x values.... the local minumum values of f is asking how far down the y-axis do they go

OpenStudy (anonymous):

isn't that the same thing?

OpenStudy (campbell_st):

no... the 1st part is the x values... and the 2nd is the y values... that's how it reads to me

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay, thank you!
