1) 45 mi/h= _____ ft/s 2) 26 cm/s=_____ m/min 3) 24 mi/h=_____ ft/s 4) 105.6 L/h=_____ L/min

@track01

OpenStudy (anonymous):

First convert your miles into feet, and then hours into seconds. Should put you at 66 feet/sec

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Same thing on the second one, all your doing is converting and multiplying in the expected areas, which should put you at 15.6 meters per minute

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok 1 done question 2

hero (hero):

@track01 that's not the proper way to guide a student through the question.

hero (hero):

You're supposed to help the student learn how to do it on his or her own. For example, @denisse_stump, can you do #4 ON YOUR OWN without any help?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i will try

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what does L for L/h mean

OpenStudy (anonymous):

https://www.khanacademy.org/math/cc-fifth-grade-math/cc-5th-measurement-topic/cc-5th-unit-conversion/v/unit-conversion-with-fractions Here is a very good source in which you can learn to do it yourself. @Hero I as getting to my point and abotu to ask him to do number 4. So I understand your bitterness but I think I understand I can teach in a different way

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It should say what all units are in your book

OpenStudy (anonymous):
