Example for fundamental attribution error

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The fundamental attribution error is where we assume that a person did something, because of who they are, and not because of the situation. Example: I'm waiting in line. A woman cuts in front of me, in line. I assume that she did it because she's a b/itch. But what if she didn't see that I was standing in line? That's possible, right? What if it was just an honest mistake, because of the situation? But I made the "fundamental attribution error." I assumed that she did that, because of who she is, as a person.
