Please help! WIll medal!
@MarrBear could you help me idk how to solve this
use tangent
i dont know how to set up for tangent
\[\tan(A) =\frac{ opposite }{ adjacent } = \frac{ 2.7 }{ 1.1 }\] You can use the pythagrean theorem to solve for side c and once you have angle A, you can solve for angle B this way angle B = 180 - 90 - angle A
so what would the answer be, i plugged everything in as you said but im still lost!
haha okay. \[A = \tan^{-1} \frac{ 2.7 }{ 1.1 } = 67.83 \] (degrees) for side c: we have two sides and we're solving for the hypotenuse so by the Pythagorean theorem, \[c^{2} = 2.7^{2} + 1.1^{2}\] c = AB = 2.9155 And B = 180 - 68 - 90 = 22. So for your multiple choice answers, the answer is A
oh wow thank you, wouldnt have gotten that without yoU!
