*Also, can you tell me how to get the answer! :3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[\frac{ y _{2}-y _{1} }{ x _{2}-x _{1} } = m = Slope\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

All the selections (A., B., C., and D.) are blank

OpenStudy (anonymous):

? I know im supposed to do this on a graph.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oh ok

OpenStudy (anonymous):

uhm... a. 2 b. -4/5 <-- thats a fraction btw, not a divide sign. c. 5/4 d -2

OpenStudy (teddyiswatshecallsme):

Ok so to get the slope of a line, you put your first pair of coordinates, x2 and y2 and do rise over run y/x and then subtract that by your y1 and x1 coordinates, that'd be 1/4 - -5/1 which equals -6/3 = -2 :)

OpenStudy (teddyiswatshecallsme):

Was that correct?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ooooooohhhhh I get it now! Thank you so much! Ii was late for my class connect so I didn't learn this part. cx

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Its makes sense, so I believe it is.

OpenStudy (teddyiswatshecallsme):

You're welcome Jenna!!! I'm glad I could help. I was having issues with slope myself.

OpenStudy (teddyiswatshecallsme):

If you have any questions you can just pm me :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thanks again!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ted i need help

OpenStudy (teddyiswatshecallsme):
