how do you graph the indifference curve for perfect complements with a utility function of u=min(q1, q2)?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

given a u, say 10, first let q1 = 10, q2 could be any number bigger than 10, then let q2 = 10, q1 could be any number bigger than 10, we get a 'L' shape curve. that is 10 = min(q1, q2).
