Rational number is a number that can be expressed as a fraction where both numerator and denominator are integer. So few examples of rational number between 0 and 1: \(\dfrac{1}{2},\dfrac{1}{3},\dfrac{2}{3}\)

geerky42 (geerky42):

There are many more; \(\dfrac{1}{4},\dfrac{3}{4},\dfrac{1}{5},\dfrac{2}{5},\dfrac{1}{7},\dfrac{10}{13},\cdots\)

geerky42 (geerky42):

So what do you think? Is this set finite or infinite?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

infinite

geerky42 (geerky42):

Right.

OpenStudy (anonymous):
