Ok, so the first thing to do is simplify them. For the first one, just add 1 to both sides, and you get x <= 10. For the second one, divide both sides by 2, and you get x >= 12. When you're graphing inequalities, use a closed circle if it's "or equal to," and an open circle otherwise. So, here's what it would look like:
