Please help. I'll fan and medal! Some lizards can undergo both sexual and asexual reproduction. Being able to reproduce asexually benefits the organism during times when mates are hard to find. Under what circumstances would asexual reproduction be most beneficial?

The answers are .... The species finds its life span is increasing rapidly. The species finds itself falling prey to a new and well-adapted predator. The species needs to adapt to a dwindling source of food. The species needs to develop resistance to a new type of disease.

I would say: The species finds itself falling prey to a new and well-adapted predator. Best Wishes -RabbiMordcha

@RabbiMordcha is right

I say it's when the species need to adapt to a dwindling source of food because less food means some of them will starve to death and so there will be few mates around
