Did you try asking in Health and Fitness? That is a lot better than trying in Feedback.

OpenStudy (compassionate):

They overlap at points. All skills related to fitness will require speed, agility, balance, coordination, power and reaction time. Your balance keeps you in an adjusted position while running for maximum power and position, and that power propels you forward. This is just an example. There are different activities where different components intersect.
