A winch is being used to lift a turbine off the ground so that a tractor trailer can back under it and load it up for transport. The winch drum has a radius of 3 in. and is turning at 20 rpm. Find (a) the angular velocity of the drum in radians, (b) the linear velocity of the turbine in feet per second as it is being raised, and (c) how long it will take to get the load to the desired height of 6 ft.

I understand that angular velocity (w) equals the change of the angle over the change of time w= ΔѲ/Δt .....I'm lost how this is applicable...
