Well lets get right down to it! The infinitive phrase is really easy to get a hold of it basically has a clause. also a noun, and Grammar. a clause containing the infinitive as its main or only verb form, as to speak clearly in Trying to speak clearly.

Sorry C Should Be your answer. The modifier in that sentence is The letter I so the entire sentence has infinities in it like that. But C sounds the most common out of the four. :)
