At the market, Joey buys milk for $2.25, bread for $1.33, and orange juice for $1.75. Before he gets to the checkout, he wants to know how much he has spent, so he adds the three numbers in his head. He's able to add the first two numbers $2.25 + $1.33 = $3.58, but he gets stuck adding $3.58 and $1.75. Which number property could Joey use to help him add the numbers in an easier way?
