https://www.desmos.com/calculator That is the link to an online graphing calculator. Also B is totally not correct.

y + 6= 3/4(x+4) is the correct answer... Graph it using https://www.desmos.com/calculator and you will see that A. is the correct answer.

Also notice that the graph includes the point (-4,6) and the equation is in the format of (y-y1)=m(x-x1) and y1 would be 6 and x1 would be -4. All you would have to do is find the slope and you got your answer.
