two graphed inequalities? pictures attached

Nnesha (nnesha):

do you know which sign represent dotted line

Nnesha (nnesha):

< > two represent dotted line and < equalt and > equal lines are should be solid so what you thing about first graph

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i understand the dotted vs not dotted line thing and that it must be one of the first two options because the slope is 2, but i dont know which of the two it is

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the second one i think is x>0 because its only a vertical line with the positive side shaded

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so going with that logic, the first one should be -y because the negative side is shaded

Nnesha (nnesha):

first one have vertical line which mean no y-intercept

OpenStudy (anonymous):

eh half right. the first one is +y, but the second one was right

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh well haha i only got one question wrong. thank you once again(:

Nnesha (nnesha):

do you get the answer

Nnesha (nnesha):

first one is vertical line so no intercept y > x why i used that sign because shaded right side

Nnesha (nnesha):

second one is y < -2x + 0 because they shaded below negative slope because the line is decreasing
