lol tbh i forgot why but ik when it deals with scientific notations the decimal should always be between the first and second number
for example the scientific notation for 456765.00000 is 4.56765 x 10^ 5

The reason why is b.c when you do scientific notation, the number has to be between 1-10. It can't be 11 or .99; those would HAVE to be written as
1.1*10^1 and
9.9 *10^-1
