so you need get from 2sqrt2(sin q) = -2 because than will be there -2+2 =0 right ? so how you get from 2sqrt2(sin q) the necessary -2 ? you know that sin pi/4 =sqrt2 /2 so where will be this minus ,in what qudrant ? hope this will help you
