Explain replication transcription, and translation and show where they fit into the genetic and microbiology structure. Describe the steps of protein synthesis- initiation, elongation, & termination.

Replication-DNA makes copies of itself in inter-phase before going in to mitosis Transcription- DNA made into mRNA (messenger) , making copy of RNA Translation - decoding mRNA into an Amino Acid acid sequence by tRNA (Translate), in cytoplasm this , ribosomes read mRNA and translate from the 3 base pairs to a protein Transcription 1st DNA-RNA, by mRNA, 2ndTranslation mRNA to protein by tRNA This is the Central Dogma of Biology Protein Synthesis Initiation- Transcription of mRNA from DNA in the Nucleolus, then tRNA translates in cytoplasm, which initiate protein synthesis Elongation- tRNA reads mRNA and matches to codon, 3 codons, so 1,2 then on 3 is anticodon, which it stops. then continues with same process Termination- when codon signals mRNA to stop, protein synthesis is reached, last Amino Acid is Hydrolyzed from its tRNA
