dude...stop using Wiki, that's true, but a suck-retriceanswer Separation of powers means that each branch of government, the judicial, executive, and legislative, have their own responsibilities and abilities. The judicial can't suddenly decide to take an executive privilege, nor can the legislative suddenly decide to take part in a court case.
