Find the circumference of a circle with a diameter of 43.

Oh come on - if you are studying circle this is one of the FIRST things you should know. There is a very simply formula - with pi and D in nit which gives the circumference with a simple multiplication. PLEASE refer to your reference book or text or simply Google to find th eformula. If someone give you the answer here then you will know nothing more than the answer to this question. If oyu post the formula, and your answer rI will help you if you have difficulty getting to the answer...
