\(x_1 = -1\)
\(y_1 = -1\)
\(x_2 = 1\)
\(y_2 = 5\)
OpenStudy (anonymous):
These are the values, you are to just plug in the values there..
OpenStudy (anonymous):
5 + 1 = 6
5 + 1 = 6 6/6 = 1
OpenStudy (anonymous):
Wait
OpenStudy (anonymous):
5 - -1 = 6 6 / 2 = 3
1 - -1 = 2

See, whenever you are given with points like for example :
\(3,4\), here first value ie \(3\) is \(x\)-coordinate and second value ie \(4\) is \(y\)-coordinate.
