It looks like as the hare population goes up the lynx population goes up... then after that the hare population drops and so does the lynx.
So, it should be e because the lynx eat the hares, they are healthy from getting plenty of food... they reproduce, increase in numbers...not enough hares, can't support all the lynxes, and their population drops too. Then repeat.
