why am I keep seeing question marks in my thread? It won't go Away.
It usually happens when you copy and paste things
Most people tend to just copy their assignments and paste it on here and it shows as question marks
I didn't really copy and paste. I highlighted a question and I dragged it in the chat box.
Same thing
true
so how will it go away?
But yeah I guess try writing the questions or what ever out or maybe try posting it on word/ note page or something then copy it from there and post it on OS
oh ok
note pad*
Yeah it's another technical error I guess
I can't -_-
Print screen? There's many other ways haha
well I use screen shots but im tired of using that
do you know when will it go away?
No clue
If you really are desparate just write out the problems

Use LaTeX sometimes things require work.
OpenStudy has been haunted by these spooky question marks for a few months now. It is an anomaly and no one knows their origin.

I found a solution! Refresh the page ;)
does anyone know how to change the color of an avatar
if you do please pm me
Change the color of an avatar? What're talkin' about?
The question mark usually appear when you copy and paste something like quotation marks. " " If that happens to me I just backspace it and retype it. It can also happen if you copy and paste a dash. - - The most simple solution to this problem is refreshing the page or editing it before you post it.
It does the same things on mine
Does nobody know that if you refresh the page the question mark goes away. Really Comp and Batman....
@Compassionate people have been modifying the owl avatar with colors, i was wondering if you could modify an avatar using colors, which does not have an owl. avatar is basically your pic
@Compassionate http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Avatar_%28computing%29 In computing, an avatar (usually translated from Sanskrit as incarnation) is the graphical representation of the user or the user's alter ego or character. It may take either a three-dimensional form,[1] as in games or virtual worlds, or a two-dimensional form as an icon in Internet forums and other online communities
