Thank youu!!

OpenStudy (mathmath333):

\(\large\tt \begin{align} \color{black}{7x-5y=28\\~\\ (1.)7x-5y\\ =7\times (-6)-5\times (-14)\\ =-42+70\\ =28~~~\checkmark\\~\\ (2.)7x-5y\\ =7\times (-1)-5\times (-7)\\ =-7+35\\ =28~~~\checkmark\\~\\ (3.)7x-5y\\ =7\times 4-5\times 10\\ =28-50\\ =-22~~~\wrong\\~\\ (4.)7x-5y\\ =7\times 7-5times 9\\ =49-45\\ =4~~~\wrong}\end{align}\)

@mathmath333 so it's A&B?

OpenStudy (mathmath333):

yes

OpenStudy (anonymous):

There's 2 more after this one, I failed the test, attempting to do the last three on my own haha.

OpenStudy (mathmath333):

try to put that two options in RHS of equation and see if it equals 11 if so then which ever option equals 11 is correct

OpenStudy (mathmath333):

*LHS of equation

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Alright, thanks.

OpenStudy (mathmath333):

u got the answer

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@mathmath333 yeah it was A, i forgot i could put the question on BlackBoard so my teacher could help haha. There's one more. Then I'll be finished for the day. Yay! haha.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

That's the last one.

OpenStudy (mathmath333):

\(\Large3x-\dfrac{y}{4}=11\) now lets put first option\(\Large(3,-8)\) \(\Large3x-\dfrac{y}{4}=11\\ \Large 3\times 3-(\dfrac{-8}{4})\\ \Large=9-(-2)\\ \Large =9+2\\ \Large =11\) \(\Large3x-\dfrac{y}{4}=11\) now lets put second option\(\Large(4,4)\) \(\Large3x-\dfrac{y}{4}=11\\ \Large 3\times 4-(\dfrac{4}{4})\\ \Large=12-(1)\\ \Large =11\\ \) so second option is also correct that means option \(\Large D\) both are solutions is correct

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So B&D.. Thank you!

OpenStudy (mathmath333):

lol not B and D only \(\Huge D\)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ohhhhhhhhhh haha thank you
