Families with no children have the highest rate of international migration. Migration within the same country occurs less frequently than migration to a different country for all groups. Families with children under 6 years old and between 6-17 years old are more likely to move to another state than a new region. Families with children under 6 years old are the least likely to migrate than any other group.

What is "no own child under 18"? That is hard for me to interpret. Does it mean they have no children under the age of 18? Is that the column standing for no children?

Well if that column means no children "Families with no children have the highest rate of international migration." would be the correct answer because it has a total of 61, the highest from the rest of the other columns.

yes but it has one of the lowest percentages for that
