Find the slope of the line. 5x+4y=−3. answer for a medal. (:

So we have \[\large 5x + 4y = -3\] if we name this look like \[\large y = mx + b\] we would see that 'm' is the slope so lets subtract 5x from both sides of the equation \[\large 4y = -5x - 3\] And we want 'y' alone so we need to divide everything by 4 \[\large y = -\frac{5}{4}x - \frac{3}{4}\] looks like the slope is -5/4
